HEALING THE PLANET THROUGH AGRICULTURE
Human development and humanity's responsibility for the Earth has always been at the center of anthroposophic philosophy.
With this ideal in mind, we can communicate spiritually in a contemporary way that is both personal and direct.
Today, food is cheap and available to anyone, it is disconnected from its origin and so most people have no reference to where their food comes from. In most cases, feeling satisfied is the most important thing and if the taste is acceptable,
most people don't even ask themselves whether or not what they are eating is part of a healthy diet.
If we think about what really fuels the human body, we recognize that we need vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and proteins. But we must also consider nutritional values, which are more subtle and are those that give us energy and vitality. And these are extremely important in conscious eating.
Biodynamic practices create cultural conditions that produce foods full of vitality and natural energy. These practices and knowledge mean that farmers see themselves as part of a whole organism, humble towards Mother Earth and towards every living being that is part of that organism.
